Primary Objective

Continue or advance within my current position at Ginna Nuclear Power Plant as a security Lead. As a Security Lead my mission is to help mentor and develop our already excellent talent within security, by providing constant feedback and coaching in order to strive for a safe and successful environment for all personal. By showing great work ethic, providing clear communication of our values, leading by example, maintaining a questioning attitude and implementing a development strategy I believe I can be an successful and exemplary Security Lead.

Accomplishments

  • Provided contingency support for Lasalle.
  • Provided leadership and guidance to mentees, some of whom have gone on to become Leads as well.
  • Was a reliable resource through Ginna's last outage as a Lead.
