  • Created Word templates that allow for quicker handling of Documented Conversations & Disciplinary Actions Maintained primary responsibility for the Team McClain Information sheet, where all standard information about each agent under TM McClain is collated. This includes current & transferred/termed agents.
  • Created a site on SharePoint containing articles for my own for common topics such as RTO, metrics, PTO, GTA, and team expectations, allowing for a single, detailed source of truth for my team. It has been praised it since day 1 of the project and it is improved consistently.
  • Selected to travel to India to support the India Development Center with other significant members of leadership to provide support for IDC associates as a Nesting Force lead & US Operations representative.
