• Delivered high-quality finishes by utilizing advanced equipment and tools for precision epoxy applications.
• Operated a Husqvarna or Terrco 3-6 head grinder to remove layers of concrete with the correct diamond teeth to level floors to prepare for Epoxy finishing or to level and polish concrete.
• Staged organized mixing stations for combining chemicals in a timely manner to lay high quality floors.
• Used Squeegees, spike rollers, gage rakes, hand grinders, multi tools, power trowel, sanding buffers, and ride on scrubbers on a daily basis.

• Lead a crew while using landscape power tools, dump trucks, and Heavy equipment for grounds maintenance, brush clearing, tree removal, grading, trench digging.
• Operated heavy equipment including steam rollers, skid steers, ditch witch, mini skid steers, and mini excavators.
• Conducted all maintenance on heavy equipment and trucks at our shop year round. Also pulled all equipment and materials using dump truck as well as truck and trailer.

House and bathroom remodels along with flooring and tile work. For a short time we focused on commercial buildings and new builds. I have also had experience framing, roofing, drywall, and heavy equipment operating.

Prepared the jobsite along with carpentry, drywall, and finishing work. Professional paint on multiple surfaces. Ensured that all aspects of the jobsite, and crews work met established standards. Gained experience driving truck and trailers, many different types of lifts, and various heavy equipment.
