After my contract with Actalent ended, BILT Inc hired me direct.

Responsibilities:

• Reverse engineering customers content from physical product or photos and videos to recreate within Solidworks
• Working closely with customers and/or our sales team to provide necessary assets and information required for the job
• Making sure all jobs are completed within the timeframe provided and agreed upon by all parties
• Tracked team work hours and submitted documentation.

Actalent is a contract agents whom I worked through for BILT Inc, a 3D Instruction Design company that specializes in an immersive experience of assembly products.

Responsibilities:

• Reverse engineering customers content from physical product or photos and videos to recreate within Solidworks
• Working closely with customers and/or our sales team to provide necessary assets and information required for the job
• Making sure all jobs are completed within the timeframe provided and agreed upon by all parties
• Tracked team work hours and submitted documentation.

• Utilized various software programs, creating 3D models of design concepts.
• Created sketches and technical drawings to present design concepts to clients.
• Obtained approval of concepts by submitting rough drafts to management or to client.
• Overseeing projects through the factor floor
• Constant communication with both customer and Floor personal to insure project runs smoothly
• Problem solving any issues that occur in a timely manner to insure successful completion of projects by the agreed upon ship date
• Responsible for programming our CNC Sheet Metal Punch using RADAN.

• Responsible for incoming and outgoing orders and parts for the warehouse
• Responsible for picking up as well as dropping off parts to and from customers
• Problem solving any issue that may arise and coming up with a quick solution so as not to diminish productivity
• Handling customers and assisting them in the best way possible both internally and externally of the company
• Responsible for accurate cycle counts and locational whereabouts for the warehouse various parts.

• Responsible for putting together warehouse material orders to be drop off at specified location and arranging material pickup once job is complete
• Learned the skills and trade needed to tear off and install new roof.

• Worked as call center Sales Representative taking calls for new customers promoting the sale of Cable, Internet, and Phone services
• Promoted to a call center Retention Representative taking calls for current customer who are having issues with there service helping to resolve the customers problems so the customer is satisfied
• Helping with Supervisor duties in training new employees and advising current employees with any issue they may have in completing a task or helping a customer.

• Promoting the sale of specialized drinks, coffee's, and various items within the store to meet our set goals
• Responsible for putting up and organizing the orders throughout the week
