  • Manage all Quality related items within the Automotive Driveshaft Operation(Tube Mill).
  • Create and modify processes to improve productivity, product quality and product consistency.
  • Conduct trials, observe process conditions and analyze results to improve product quality and reduce scrap/cost.
  • Lead internal teams to create, improve and standardize processes and equipment.
  • Mentor new hires while monitoring job progress and learning work responsibilities.
