I am the Groundskeeper at Chapel Ridge Apartments. As Groundskeeper, my job is, primarily, to pick up trash for curb appeal.

In addition to that, I also do maintenance work. That includes: fixing things around the property, doing work orders, and performing preventive maintenance where needed.

• Disposed of trash and recyclables each day to avoid waste buildup.
• Kept building entryway glass clean and polished for professional presentation.
• Gathered linen supplies and organized linen closets for prompt room restocking.
• Filed maintenance work order forms to notify maintenance of needed repairs.
