- Quickly load and unloaded catering trucks at dock to ensure all facilities aren't clogged up with our equipment.
- Management of time to ensure all Dock departure times are met to cater flights on time without putting them at risk for delay.
- Speak and communicate with flight crew if catering isn't what they ordered or something is missing.
- Communicate with dispatch if problems appear with equipment or with airplanes, and follow all airport regulations.
- Ability to notice all items that need to be replaced with new catering while aboard plane.
