I spend most of my day answering calls from customers who need help understanding their benefits, claims, coverage, or bills.


I guide members through their health insurance plans, helping them understand what services are covered, how much they might owe, and where they can get care. I also help with things like checking prior authorizations, updating account information, or checking the status of a claim. Sometimes, I work with providers or internal departments to make sure everything runs smoothly for the customer.

One of the most important parts of my job is showing empathy.

I know that when people call, they might be dealing with something stressful—like a medical issue or a confusing bill—so I do my best to listen, stay patient, and provide clear answers.
