Research and execute a variety of projects such as grazing, ground water monitoring, bulbs processing/storage/sales, hydrological management, etc.

Build, improve, and maintain irrigation systems as well as plan and execute irrigation for all nursery species.

Monitor and prevent plant pathogens and other forms of damage such as pest or mechanical damage.

Manage cooler and track inventory for all processed plants. Prepare all bare-root orders for clients throughout the lift season.

Assist in all nursery activities as needed such as seed collection and processing, field preparation, sewing and planting, weed control, client interaction, deliveries, etc.

Operate farm equipment including tractors, fork lifts, chain saw, and a range of powered and non-powered tools.
