Research, write, and execute grant work.

Research and execute a variety of projects such as grazing, ground water monitoring, bulbs processing/storage/sales, hydrological management, etc.

Build, improve, and maintain irrigation systems as well as plan and execute irrigation for all nursery species.

Monitor and prevent plant pathogens and other forms of damage such as pest or mechanical damage.

Manage cooler and track inventory for all processed plants. Prepare all bare-root orders for clients throughout the lift season.

Assist in all nursery activities as needed such as seed collection and processing, field preparation, sewing and planting, weed control, client interaction, deliveries, etc.

Operate farm equipment including tractors, fork lifts, chain saw, and a range of powered and non-powered tools.

Co-led teams of 6-8 youth in trail maintenance and invasive removal projects across southern Oregon.

Implemented safety training and maintained a safe workplace with changing job locations, tools, and circumstances.

Oversaw appropriate behavior between youths.

Led conservation and stewardship lessons.

Showed youth how to interact with the environment in a responsible manor including trail work, cooking, latrines, wildlife safety, etc.

Assessed compliance with accessibility standards for campgrounds across Oregon.

Used ArcGIS to photograph and log accessibility information for campgrounds.

Implemented strategies to interact with the public positively and unobtrusively for the benefit of all parties.
