I am currently working at Third Space Coffee and seeking additional hours to expand my knowledge and experience with coffee. I consistently arrive on time, maintain a positive attitude, and am eager to learn as much as possible. I quickly adapt to new tasks and excel under pressure, ensuring all customers feel welcomed and valued. I take pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace while prioritizing speed and accuracy. My responsibilities include opening and closing shifts, preparing drinks, upselling, and managing transactions through POS systems. I have also worked in the kitchen, preparing various menu items. Whether opening or closing shifts, I ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and quality products.

I have had a couple of baking shifts as well, including making scones, cookies, quiches, etc.

I ensured each home was thoroughly cleaned and prepared to exceed guest expectations, all while managing time effectively to meet tight turnover schedules.
