- Responsible for buying office activities including style setup, vendor communication, purchase order creation, live to website troubleshooting, buy plan maintenance, and sample coordination. Frequently collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure products are live on the website and displayed correctly.
- Manage over 25,000 styles across 2 departments in our database and around 1,500 physical samples each season
- Create and maintain PO's every season
- Validate accuracy and completeness of buy plans seasonally with the buying team
- Leverage reports weekly to monitor and take action on products "on order" or missing from the website
- Build relationships and collaborate with buying team, vendors, and 5 other cross-functional teams to support the buying office
