During my time at Trader Joes I have shown great growth in product knowledge and have been able to turn that product knowledge into positive interactions with customers every day. My duties consist of cleaning, time management, organizing, money handling and to plan and execute group projects to ensure a good flowing store.
During my 2 Years at NVI I had many opportunities to grow. Starting off I was a part time Optician answering phones, making insurance calls, pre testing and appointment booking. in May of 2021 I received a promotion and became a fulltime key holder. During my Key holder position I was able to perfect my time management skills during stressful situations. Schedule writing and detailed communication with our District manager were my main duties. In december of 2021 I was offered the ASM roll and was given the added duties of deescalating stressful interactions, billing insurance, correcting ill fit/made lenses and frames. Nvi was a great place for me to grow and get great experience in the eyeglass world.
As a front desk agent my job consisted of checking guests in, authorizing credit cards, inputting data, Managing multi-phone lines and staying in communication with house keepers and front desk management team at all times.
