After graduating from The UC Berkeley School of Law (formerly Boalt Hall) in 2000, I worked as a litigation associate at McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen (later Bingham McCutchen), primarily in the Employment Law group. After approximately 3 years, I took the opportunity to move into the newly created Attorney Development Manager position. This role was well suited for my skills and personality, and my experience as an associate was invaluable in understanding what was needed in this new position. After having the first of our 3 children, I decided to stay at home. While no longer using my skills in an office setting, I nevertheless continued to utilize them, especially in my 9 years of managing multiple volleyball travel teams per season. I would love the opportunity to bring this experience, building up on that from my previous role as Attorney Development Manager, to the position of Attorney Learning & Development Strategist at Morrison & Foerster.
