Summary

A passionate and results-driven

educator, who is dedicated to the development/overall culture of schools and the educational environment. I started my career as a 5th grade teacher for 5 years, and taught 2nd grade for one year while working towards/earning my master's degree in school administration. For the past two years (the 25-26 being year 3), I have served as an administrator and behavioral specialist in PBL District #10. Through this role, I have developed my dynamic and collaborative leadership skills. I have worked with staff, students, and families in order to help students be successful, and staff to have a toolbox of strategies to create a flexible environment for students with behavioral needs. I have worked alongside other administrators to determine strategies that will have positive, lasting effects for students.
