Callie Miller

My degree in biochemistry combined with training and experience has provided me with a great foundation of knowledge and skills. I learn new processes quickly and I'm good at laboratory instruments operation, recording test results, and analyzing data. I have a resourceful approach to problem-solving, tackling challenges head-on and I consider obstacles learning experiences. I'm a self-driven person with high energy and a lot of ambition to succeed.

Sorority President - Sigma Phi Lambda 2020-2021

• Coordinated events for twenty plus new members to engage with active members and sorority goals.
• Planned and hosted the chapter retreat, new member meetings, and social events.
• Actively communicated with alumnae, national chairs and executives, other greek life organizations, and local businesses to create a successful year for our chapter.
• Served as a mentor for members personally and academically.

Academic Honor Roll - Northwest Missouri State University Fall 2022

• Completed coursework as a full time student while maintaining a 3.5 GPA or higher for the semester.

Women's Ultimate Frisbee Club Member- 2019-2021

• Competed in Ultimate Frisbee matches against members of different teams from more than five different states.
• Learned how to fulfill a role on a team that utilized seven players at a time.

• Experience includes researching the mechanistic cycle of smog, presenting a chalk-talk on the topic, and creating an abstract to provide detail on the project.
• Proficient in pipetting, titrations, PCR, NMR, MEGA, and record keeping.
• Understanding and consistent practice of safe laboratory techniques.
• Collaborative with peers and superiors in achieving a common goal within chemistry labs.
