Cell Culture: HL-60 Differentiation & ATRA/DMSO Induction, Conducted assays, flow cytometry analysis, and gene silencing to understand differentiation disruptions. Analyzed cellular responses to ATRA/DMSO induction. Ex-Vivo Culture of Hematopoietic Stem Cells, Isolated and cultured murine bone marrow stem cells; one cytokine was Stem Cell Factor (SCF) which was expressed in the culture using CHO-SCF-conditioned media and the other Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF) which was expressed using B16-GM-CSF-conditioned media, analyzed cytokine-induced differentiation. HEK-293 Transfection Study, Identified vector promoters in HEK-293 cells by transfecting with vectors A (SV-40) and B (CMV). Performed ß-galactosidase assays.
