  • During lockdown, I participated in SYEP's Hats and Ladders online courses which gave me the groundwork on how to get a job and plan my career while also assigning group projects and presentations that focus heavily on communication and participation.

(SYEP Online): July 2020 - August 2020

  • After lockdown, I was assigned to work with Creative Arts Works (CAW) and The Educational Video Center (EVC). I worked on projects that expanded my creativity and cooperation with my peers such as planning, sketching, and painting murals for elementary children to send a powerful message to them. As well as recording, brainstorming ideas within discussions amongst my coworkers, and editing recorded video footage on Adobe Premiere about current social issues to spread awareness.
