I was part of the crew when the store first opened in Great Falls, where I worked as a cook for 4 months before rising to a leadership role in the kitchen, handling high volume and developing multitasking skills. After three months in the Shift Lead position, I was nominated for an Assistant Manager Position I trained for 7 weeks for the management position at a busier location, where I learned the various positions in the restaurant, as well as quality control, staff supervision, managing deposits, and developed strong leadership skills.
