Accomplishments

  • Identified Health and Life issues in the Airmen Dorm building that has lead to a Repair of all HVAC system repairs which led to a $387,000 project kickoff meeting as well as a on-site investigation. The results from this project will will ensure that the Airmen have ventilation added to all dorm rooms which will include bathrooms. As well as re-looking at the gas system in the building that has made a a impact to ensuring the heath life and safety for all Airmen. I also completed a replacement of all furniture in the dorm building as well as all brand new furniture for the day room. I also completed a new project for the FMO warehouse that has not been in place for over 15 years. This will ensure that the MHO has the compliance FMO warehouse in place. The MHO has also received the two Housing Excellent rewards in 2025. I've also help to ensure that to ensure all regulations as well as policies, are met to ensure that everyone stays on the same page that also helps to ensure that everyone understands the big picture regarding housing operations.
