• Obtained local financing to build hangars to attract a corporate flight department and the Airport's first flight school.
• Secured local funding to update existing fuel farm to meet EPA standards deadline of 1998.
• Planned and coordinated the Airport's fly-ins including vintage and modern military aircraft to market the Airport to the local community.
