Apply chemicals, anti-ice, salting, snow plowing using dual axel or tandem axel trucks, front end loaders and rubber tire skidsters, winter road patrolling, and snow fence installation. · Bituminous pavement and concrete repair and bridge maintenance. To mill and air hammer asphalt for prep and replacement; to remove concrete slabs, for prep and replacement; to perform pothole repair, shoulder repair and maintenance; and to use other construction related equipment. · Grass mowing, tree removal, pruning and culvert and ditch maintenance. To mow grass on Interstate, State, and County trunk Highways and Right of Way; median mowing and trimming, with various mowers; cut and chip trees along state and county roads and interstates; to clean culverts and ditches of debris to ensure proper water flow; to maintain gas trimmers and chainsaws. · Traffic Control. HPDC Die Changes and Changeovers on 3500T DCM’s · DCM start up from Die changes for Production Hand off · Support Die Prep Team · Support Operations with Die Repairs · Pre-Die change preparations · Removal of Dies from DCM · Prepare DCM for new die and set up · Connect water, hydraulics, air, lube · Slide exchanges, etc. as directed · Qualify and check die functionality · Troubleshoot and resolve issues · Staging of dies for die sets and removals · Die prep and repair activities, as directed · Set up, maintain, run and trouble shoot all tooling & machines; · Assures all safety devices are in place and operate properly. · Records all repairs and adjustments in the log books. · Able to safely operate all machinery in the department
