One key challenge was the lack of structured tracking for operational challenges, despite the team’s high performance. Recognizing this gap, I implemented strategic initiatives to enhance the use of data tracking (APA) and helped the team understand the importance of these processes.

As a result, we achieved a 10% increase in APA usage, and our POS refill percentage has shown consistent weekly growth. Additionally, our store has maintained 95% stockroom audit compliance, demonstrating a commitment to operational accuracy and efficiency. By prioritizing improvement areas from our operations audit, we have successfully executed corrective strategies while maintaining high team morale.

Our overall capacity has remained between 97% and 99%, and we have optimized our space utilization through strategic planning. By collaborating with the floor team to create premium product presentations, we have directly contributed to higher sales performance.

In my role as a Talent, Teaming, and Development Specialist, I focused on the strategic development and retention of our organizational talent pool. My core responsibilities involved creating an environment conducive to growth and opportunity through the orchestration of regular training sessions, catering not only to our valued staff but also to our esteemed leadership team.
