  • As an eCommerce specialist my daily responsibilities have covered a vast range of tasks to support the DTC channel. One of my main functions has been site merchandiser, which includes the management of product setup, categorization, scheduling, product and accessory recommendations, cross-sells, navigation, homepage design, PDPs and category pages. This includes working closely with cross-functional and internal team members to coordinate product copy, renders and creative assets to ensure successful and timely product launches on the website.
  • Site Search Optimization: Analyzing, reporting and optimizing site search results based on user data to drive an excellent consumer experience and incremental revenue.
  • Search Engine Optimization: Manage the site's overall SEO strategy working with eCommerce and development teams and closely collaborating with the creative team to include strategic keywords in new product copy that is distributed across all consumer-facing and B2B channels. Communicate with SEO agency partners to implement new content and technical SEO changes to drive revenue and hit KPIs.
  • Shipping Optimization, Strategy, & Execution: Build, maintain and QA site shipping methods, including pricing, inclusions and exclusions. Monitor, analyze and test shipping strategies. Coordinate with the Product Owner on wins and opportunities to ensure we are providing an optimal consumer shipping experience and meeting business goals.
  • Demand & Supply Chain: Coordinate with demand planning to ensure that the site is fully stocked for the full life cycle of the product to ensure a less than 3% OOS rate across the site. Communicate with supply-chain and logistics teams to understand product in transit for in-stock dates, new product launches, DWG process for end of cycle product including listing items for discounted MSRP when products enter MAP pricing.
  • Visual Asset Implementation: Work with team members to manage and implement new content for the site, including homepage updates, landing pages, product and brand stories.
  • Product Personalization: Work closely with our product personalization partner to ensure consumers have a great customization experience, update product listings, site navigation and generate new ideas while driving incremental revenue for the business.
  • Returns: Monitor, report and optimize web returns for a premium customer experience and business benefits. Report product concerns to the product team. Work with cross-functional teams to support returns.
  • General quality assurance testing with new content, site enhancements and bug fixes, as well as working closely with our CS team to understand and diagnose any issues our consumers may encounter.
