My job is to lead students in small groups to help them get a better understanding of what is going on in class.

• Counseled students on study skills, organizational techniques and goal setting strategies.
• Conducted assessments to identify areas of student need and monitored progress towards goals.
• Collaborated with teachers, administrators, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure student success.
• Facilitated small group instruction using research-based interventions such as guided reading, reciprocal teaching and phonics.

• Followed established protocols while performing daily cleaning tasks.
• Provided assistance with set-up and breakdown of events held at the school.
• Swept, mopped and vacuumed classrooms, hallways and other areas of the school.
• Cleaned bathrooms, replenished supplies and disposed of trash.
• Maintained janitorial equipment in a safe and orderly manner.
• Emptied trash cans and replaced liners as needed.
• I also waxed the school floors

• I worked on trucks, conveyor belts, pulled pallets, and picked up boxes. We had a different job every day. My job was to be observant and to make sure I was ready for what they gave me.

• I did projects on today's society and I was one of the host of a project called Man-cave which was a radio show about sports.
