· Responsible for processing Lookbacks which includes determining whether a Lookback is needed upon receipt of notification from Donor Center or Supplier.
· Process all documentation for Lookbacks, Disposition of Product, and Submission of Notifications to Consignee and/or Warehouse in accordance with regulations.
· Review and make determination of Lookback accuracy per Customer specifications, Regulations, and internal Decision Matrix.
· Responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, federal, and international regulations correlated to the performance of Lookbacks.
· Ensures Lookbacks and post donation records are complete accurate and reported within the timelines defined in procedure, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
· Ensure FDA Final Disposition requests received from Regulatory and Suppliers are managed in a timely manner.
· Ensure that all shipment documentation generated by the Logistics department is accurate and reviewed appropriately.
· Assembling the dialysis machine and ensuring its proper performance.
· Monitoring patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
· Ensuring the usage of the dialysis machine is safe and secure.
· Administering local anesthesia.
· Talking patients through the dialysis process.
· Monitoring and adjusting patient fluid removal rates as required.
· Working in tandem with nurses and doctors.
· Ensuring the sterilization of operating equipment before use.
· Responding to emergency scenarios.
· Attending to patient needs.

· Comply with applicable Federal, State and local regulations as well as all American Red Cross policies, procedures and guidelines.
· May perform any or all blood collection procedures (may include allogeneic, autologous, directed, therapeutic; automated red cell and platelet apheresis) donor collections.
· May performs all types of donor health history screening and eligibility procedures.
· Conduct donor greeting, donor reaction care and processing and packing of blood as assigned. Perform daily function checks, assemble and maintain supplies and equipment to ensure a state of readiness and to maintain compliance.
