• Manages their responsibilities within the allotted T&E expense budget
• Provides updates monthly to the Clinical Manager on national training activities and support provided across the country(Implementations, Customer Meetings, etc) per activities in delineated in the Individual Impact Goals
• Lead and drive product implementations including training on new product release kickoffs, answering practitioner and patient questions and will work closely with Clinical Specialists and Territory Managers to facilitate resolution of inquiries.
• Continuously highlight the essential benefits of the technology to direct users and to hospital personnel.
• Evaluate and communicate customer insights and urgent needs across the continuum of care to ensure cutting-edge product development and product enhancements.
• Facilitates customer training classes in support of new implementation and conversions for key customers.
• Collaborates with the Regional Team to clinically support customer engagements from pre-sale through post-conversion.
• Develops strong, working relationships with end users while providing product in-servicing and providing quality clinical education.
• Provides routine follow-up support to customers at end-user locations as needed.
• Aids in sales personnel by building strong relationships with end users during product in-servicing and clinical education programs.

• Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by checking in the patient in a timely fashion
• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating demographic and financial information
• Schedule patient appointments at the end of the visit
• Maintain open communication with pre-cert team regarding orders for daily patients

· Responsible for processing Lookbacks which includes determining whether a Lookback is needed upon receipt of notification from Donor Center or Supplier.

· Process all documentation for Lookbacks, Disposition of Product, and Submission of Notifications to Consignee and/or Warehouse in accordance with regulations.

· Review and make determination of Lookback accuracy per Customer specifications, Regulations, and internal Decision Matrix.

· Responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, federal, and international regulations correlated to the performance of Lookbacks.

· Ensures Lookbacks and post donation records are complete accurate and reported within the timelines defined in procedure, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.

· Ensure FDA Final Disposition requests received from Regulatory and Suppliers are managed in a timely manner.

· Ensure that all shipment documentation generated by the Logistics department is accurate and reviewed appropriately.

· Assembling the dialysis machine and ensuring its proper performance.

· Monitoring patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

· Ensuring the usage of the dialysis machine is safe and secure.

· Administering local anesthesia.

· Talking patients through the dialysis process.

· Monitoring and adjusting patient fluid removal rates as required.

· Working in tandem with nurses and doctors.

· Comply with applicable Federal, State and local regulations as well as all American Red Cross policies, procedures and guidelines.

· May perform any or all blood collection procedures (may include allogeneic, autologous, directed, therapeutic; automated red cell and platelet apheresis) donor collections.

· May performs all types of donor health history screening and eligibility procedures.

· Conduct donor greeting, donor reaction care and processing and packing of blood as assigned. Perform daily function checks, assemble and maintain supplies and equipment to ensure a state of readiness and to maintain compliance.
