Contribute to and/or execute supervised curricular, and internal, projects including fabrication, 3D CAD/CAM design, 3D modeling, programming, construction, and electronics prototyping.
• Carry out external partner requests as time allows.
• Supervise ongoing 3D printer operation, restart if failure.
• Provide staff coverage outside of normal operating hours.
• Provide just-in-time maintenance and repair.
• Conduct additional online workshops, such as Safety Orientation, and individual specialty.
• Update website with current events, project outcomes, and how-tos.
• Update website with vending availabilities, equipment hiatus/maintenance windows, and materials in-stock for retail.
• Update community with project-based employment opportunities.
• Keep social media posts up-to-date.
• Participate in Microsoft Teams group.
• Engage students and faculty in different clusters and their work, within this individual's specialization, to bring projects in to, or to the attention of, the D&M Makerspace.
