Among the other skills and work experience I also have take a few classes for my ISE major that involve welding, AutoCAD, Forging, and multiple other various engineering machining processes. I had a lab every week dedicated to a different engineering machining process where we got to use hands on learning to understand these processes better. I worked in a group and it was enjoyable, we worked efficiently and the labs were interesting as well being hands on to feel more engaging with the material. Also Jeff Cramer has had me run though the AutoCAD program and had me take a proficiency test where i measured, designed, and then did drew the part on AutoCAD before we used a plasma welder to cut it out and machine it down to the final product. I passed within a 1/16 of an inch which made me feel even more confidant in my AutoCAD abilities.
