Camden Hatfield

I am a full time student dedicated to my learning & I aim to put my education at the top of my priorities. I love learning and pursuing my education in everyway I can. I am a motivated aspiring engineer with a strong foundation in mathematics, problem-solving, and technical innovation. I am passionate about leveraging engineering principles to address real-world challenges, with a particular interest in researching artificial organ donation.

Current member of:

• Biomedical Engineering Society- participate in student led activities and lectures that pertain to my area of study.
• Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority - Gamma Alpha Chapter: We participate in multiple sisterhood activities that often benefit our community through volunteering and our philanthropy events.
• Rescue Paws UGA - Volunteer with multiple shelters in the Athens area helping with day to day animal care.
• UGA Homecoming Council -Assisted in planning and executing all homecoming activities, including promoting events and engaging the student body to build excitement leading up to homecoming week.

• Volunteered with my youth ministry on Sundays and Wednesdays helping with the children's ministry and bible studies.
• Volunteered with doctors at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, assisting in simulations and training exercises designed to improve their response to crisis situations. Gained hands-on experience in medical procedures and protocols, while supporting healthcare professionals in high-pressure environments.
• Volunteered with meal packing at Meals On Wheels Athens.
• Helped the Atlanta Humane society with adoption fairs and basic day to day tasks.
