Provided daily childcare for three children between the ages of 11-15; organized daily activities and meal plans

Taught weekly swim lessons to young children; observed and advised other coaches; brainstormed new ideas to expand program

In charge of operating pools and managing lifeguards at busy 1600 member club; communicated daily with company supervisors and members of pool board

Won annual "Guard of the Week" competition in 2021; after one summer of experience, selected to be Head Lifeguard, a management training position

Started first chapter of a global, environmental movement; coordinates and attends trash pickups; creates informative posts; meets with head of T4T
