  • On-site full time to manage construction of the Chief Medical Examiner's Office for the state of Maine.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and their schedules from the earthworks phase through the structural phase and into the interior utilities phase.
  • Interpreting detailed drawings from architects and engineers and communicating the ideas to builders of dozens of trades.
  • Utilizing Procore daily to submit reports, RFI's, submittals, and any other administrative documents.
  • Helping to run meetings between my team, the architect and the owner's rep, as well as meetings between my team and all of the subcontractors working together on-site.
