I am a Certified Data Specialist with a keen focus on customer projects and data management, particularly in accounts, finances, and effective document and database and data management. My passion lies in navigating the intricacies of my projects and always aiming for improvement therein. I have a history of collaborating closely with cities, utilities, internal and external teams, customers, and partners for a variety of project management reasons, such as permitting, inspections, financial approval, or seamless utility document approval.

I have designed Internal databases for over 50 utility company's nationwide and done so with and a knack for efficient improvement, I am dedicated to ensuring successful project outcomes.

• Palmetto Solar, Regional Inspections and PTO Specialist, 11/01/22, 06/01/23, First point of contact for all Inspections in Lower East Coast. Coordinated inspections, communicated with AHJs and Partners, and processed inspection complete and construction verification documents. Managed customer pipeline in CRM such as the daily input of communication logs, scheduling updates and scheduled dates. Entered documents such as: COCs, COAs, FICs, FAs and FCCDs. Submitted a high volume of Interconnection applications for permission to operate to utility companies and enter PTO letters into company CRM to trigger activation. Provided support to and professionally communicated project updates to cities, utilities, build partners, other internal departments, sales and the customer alike.
• Pink Energy Solar, Commercial Interconnection Manager, 07/01/22, 09/01/22, Submitted and followed up on a high-volume of interconnection applications for both approval to install and permission to operate solar systems. Processed utility rebates when necessary. Developed and maintained professional relationships with utility companies and their representatives. Independently managed interconnection pipelines across multiple states for residential and commercial projects. Conducted audits and reported trends to National Manager and Director of Interconnection. Collaborated with leaders to optimize department practices and workload distribution. Effectively communicated project status and updates to customers, sales reps, financiers, and customer solutions teams to keep all parties informed of vital information, deadlines and approval status’s.
• Freedom Forever Solar, Senior Processing Specialist, 01/01/22, 07/01/22, Oversaw and gave direction to Interconnection Coordinators and Specialists; assisted with their submissions, time management or escalations. Received feedback and reported concerns. Submitted Interconnection applications and meter swap requests for customers of utilities nationwide. Ensured quality of electrical site plans and diagrams, meeting utility requirements. The first point of contact for all interconnection projects in Oregon, Washington, and northern California. Conducted detailed utility research, creating educational guides for department-wide use. Managed and independently updated utility information in CRMs Utility Databases which housed all utility knowledge used by operations.
• Freedom Forever Solar, AZ State Interconnection Team Lead, 02/01/21, 01/01/22, Lead the Arizona State Interconnection team; Supervision of time management, submissions, escalations, concerns, etc. Conducted weekly 1:1s with all team members independently to gauge performance, set goals and provide feedback. I reported to the southwest Regional Manager on a weekly basis. Housed all Interconnection knowledge relating to Arizona state. This position was removed and replaced by the Senior Interconnection role.
• Freedom Forever Solar, Processing Coordinator, 12/01/19, 02/01/21, Submitted a high volume of Interconnection applications for all utilities in Arizona state. Provided insightful feedback to my direct manager. Communicated with customers and sales via phone call or text message to assist with projects.
• Vivint Solar, Processing Coordinator, 06/01/19, 12/01/19, Submitted interconnection applications for utilities on the east coast. Revised applications in a timely manner to resolve utility call outs. Assisted with multiple incoming phone call lines spanning a full 8-hour shift.
