Merchandise Controller

Inventory Controller Current position

I began my career at Crocs as a Induct Associate then transferred to Inventory Control after one year. Completed daily cycle counts to maintain accuracy of records. Audit and correct discrepancies in inventory numbers. Used WM (Manhattan) and Exacta to audit locations and units. Work with other Inventory Control Associates to complete assigned task given to us from team leads and supervisor. Worked with other departments to resolve any issues that may impede a shipment from leaving on time.
My job at Danone Yogurt as a High Tech Operator involved operating machines that manufactures Danone Yogurt from start (raw material) to finished product. Working through troubleshooting errors, mechanical problems on a daily bases. Factory Talk, Carlson, Infinity, Danimis, Irista, and RF simulator programs used. Factory Talk, Carlson programs are used to communicate with primary machine. The different systems allowed me to initiate daily and weekly process change overs and CIP (clean in place). Sensory checks are done every hour to ensure product exceeds company standards.
As a Re-coiler operator my job was to take the tale end of the coil run it through the machine with the help of the primary operator and prepare it to be wound back up into multiple coils after we cut it to size. Me and another team member would band each individual cut on the drum and take the coils to varies locations in the building by crane or by forklift. The equipment that i have used working there are rail cranes and forklifts on a daily bases. I also used many hand held tools such as banning guns, nail guns, hammers, mallets and sheers to handle the different metals.
As a selector for Dale Haize America i would operate a electric pallet jack and listen through a headset for what items i would have to pick. Every item had to be prepare on to pallets in a timely manner. After completing the order i would have to take the finish order to the shipping area where it would get loaded on to a semi to be transported.
As a Primary Operator i would operate different molding and sizing presses. I also operated some CNC equipment and furnaces. It was my duty as a operator to do hourly checks, file paper work and calculate total finish goods and loses . Always worked on keeping the work stations and areas clean and safe from any hazards that would cause me or anyone bodily harm so that we may work in a timely and safe manner.
