Supported students behavioral or educational needs ages 5-21 in one on one or class settings, responsible for behavior intervention planning and programming, worked on academic and behavioral goals set in IEP plans for students, regulated and refocused specific behaviors for proper rewards and reinforcement, collaborated with teachers to adapt learning materials for diverse student needs.
