Joined my school's basketball team. This achievement meant a lot to me because, for the first 3 years of high school I didn't even try out for the team. At the end of my junior year I got back into basketball, that summer I spent every day working on my skills leading up to my senior year. I was able to make the team and continue to improve my game.

The Honor Rolls throughout highschool were for African American students who maintained a high gpa through the year. SFAchivers scholarship helps African American students going into college, providing them with mentors to guide them through college.
