  • Currently working as the Development Geologist for Slash Ranch on the Delaware Basin South Team.
  • Utilize a diverse dataset including seismic, well logs, geochem, microseismic and production to propose and execute numerous appraisal targets including the Avalon, BS1S, BS2S, BS3C and WFMP C.
  • Work closely with multiple offset operators on knowledge sharing and data trades including orchestrating a full core trade in the WFMP C with EOG.
  • Provide full-time geosteering support to the Nabors X05 rig to ensure we hit our targets and stay within our target windows.
  • Have provided justification for data collection of numerous data sets (core, logs, geochem, microseismic) that have helped optimize landing points and mitigate drilling risks.
  • Have worked through the regulatory process to plan and execute several SWD wells in the Delaware Mountain Group.
