Appointed and managed a team of 10 officers, coordinated hotel arrangements, lunch catering and venue, served as the primary director of social media, developed fundraising efforts and outreach campaigns, created and managed a large budget, and presided over the convention. Under my leadership, the convention saw a twenty percent surplus in remaining funds.
