As an admissions/guest services associate, my expectations were as follows.

• Greeted customers, assessed their needs, and provided appropriate services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer transactions when I'm working as the cashier.
• Keep working areas tidy for my coworkers and me.
• Maintain a smooth flow for those entering the park.

As a busser, my main tasks were to follow sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages. The company also had a signature style for how dining areas were presented, and I was responsible for ensuring they looked presentable before opening. I was also expected to take initiative whenever guests needed aid assistance and help keep a smooth flow during rush hours
