• Server- As a restaurant server, I provided excellent customer service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience for my guests. I greeted and seated customers, described menu items, answered questions, processed payments, and maintained cleanliness in the dining area. I collaborated with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and addressed special customer requests or concerns professionally. My role required strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.

● Togo specialist- Answering the phone and taking orders, giving the orders to the kitchen, packing the order, ensuring the order is correct, and delivering the order to the customer.

● Host – Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact, use visual cues to seat guests in either the bar or dining area depending on their preference, and informs guest of current promotions and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff, and promptly answers incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.

● Food runner- delivering food orders from the kitchen to the tables of guests in a timely and precise manner. Assure that guests have everything they need on their tables after the food has been delivered.
