Created Excel pivot tables to analyze quarterly scope, budget and schedule for K-12 state-level assessment projects. Established reporting tool using Microsoft Access Database to link multiple Excel worksheets to measure daily productivity and cost analyses for use by VP of Strategic Planning. Later transitioned into financing tool for RFPs.

Conceptualized, designed and piloted request-and-track interface for item banking database. Eliminated reduplication efforts in multiple departments. Users saw overall decrease in submission time by two-minutes. This impacted over two hundred employees who individually produced thirty or more request day.

Prepared long-range development and growth plans for department personnel. Mentored eight former temp employees into full-time roles such as project team lead and support services supervisor. United two independent offices under one to increase organizational capacity by leveraging cross-collaboration on each department’s priorities. This eliminated lengthy process of hiring, on-boarding, and training up seasonal staff in each location, Texas and New Jersey respectively.
