Summary

Reliable construction superintendent, successful at supervising several team members on various job sites. Several years of experience in the construction field with excellent knowledge of all construction sub-trades. Committed to ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety guidelines.

Hardworking professional focused on maximizing quality, code compliance and efficiency while meeting budget and design guidelines. Demonstrate strategic thinking and confident decision-making abilities. Communication, time management, and progress tracking on a site level are a few of my strong suits.

Currently working on a 444-apartment high-rise unit renovation project in sequence with an HVAC upgrade, including commercial spaces in downtown Providence, RI. This project includes upgrading all existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Working closely with the building and fire departments to ensure we are code-compliant for a mixed-use structure and meeting all requests brought forth by these parties. I've developed a strong relationship with the city of Providence, allowing us to easily keep progress tracking on schedule.

I'm also supervising a fire rehab project in Plainville, MA, that consists of a full renovation of a 12-unit apartment building that caught fire earlier this year. This is a three-month project, currently on schedule, and slated for completion in mid-July.
