When I graduated in Civil Engineering in 2023, I started working for CeTech Engineering full time and still am currently. They are an upstanding, high risk structural engineer firm, that has taught me everything since I started interning with them at LSU. I deal with industrial plant work and residential structural work. I work at a very small firm (one other engineer), so the jobs are fully governed by myself. In 2024, I completed (rough estimate) about 65 structural jobs. This ranged back and forth with industrial and residential structural and foundation work.
I have passed the FE and am a EI engineer. I am currently studying to pass the PE!

- Created and maintained budget sheets, man hour sheets, invoicing, and job cost.
- Carried out structural (wood and steel) and strength (concrete) calculations while also using engineering programs such as Risa.
- 3-D modeling that consisted of structural and foundation work (Auto-Cad, and Revit).
- Detailing engineering plans (Auto-Cad and Revit).
- Job site visits to inspect steel and foundations that varied from individuals, architectural firms, construction companies, steel companies, and plants (TWIC-CARD).
