Sticking with IntelliSource, I came to this role from my previous sales position at Keysight Technologies / IntelliSource. The whole purpose of this role was to ease the burden of what could be identified as mundane tasks for the sales reps, which is something that I never had as a sales rep, so I understood first hand how immensely beneficial this was. During my time in this role, I built fantastic relationships with the Instrument sales reps in the California territory and made it a goal to help them with whatever they needed within a couple hours.
During my time here:
Actioned and responded to requests that came in within a couple hours. If it was something that could not be completed in that time span, I would always provide constant updates.
Helped design user and attendant-friendly documentation for processes and created training material for my colleagues.
Partook in reviewing other departments processes to identify areas of improvement to increase response time. Further benefiting sales reps to improve customer relations and grow future business opportunities.

Maintained high-profile at-risk accounts with professionalism, ensuring timely resolutions all while maintaining solid rapport with the customers. Which because of the work I put in here, these at-risk accounts were actually able to be taken off the "Customer Solutions" desk.
Being new to sales, I quickly learned to leverage solid negotiation skills based on the product knowledge. I prided myself on my ability to sell - just be human to the customers, make some jokes, ask how they're genuinely doing, and don't sound like a door-door salesmen.
