Volunteering
I have done a lot of volunteer work with a local church and in this I was doing a variety of jobs, from talking with the kids and watching them and keeping them out of trouble and paying attention to the pastor, all the way to working within the soup kitchen, doing the cooking and handing out of food, conversing with the various attendees. The attendees ranging from people just wanting a free meal all the way to several that lived on the streets so communication skills were key in my success and ability to complete this job well.
