When working at Ross Dress For Less my main requirements were handling the merchandise we would receive and put out. So therefore, I would unload our trucks consisting of heavy freight up to 40-60 pounds maybe more. When doing that I would use equipment like pallet jacks and hand trucks. I would also need to inspect the merchandise making sure that it is fit to be put on the floor. Also, while doing that I had to maintain efficient speed and staying focused while doing repetitive motions.
