Under my leadership I ran a 10 man crew at Intel Ocotillo in Chandler Arizona. I was in charge of running all the low purity piping systems for the Wet-etch tools inside the subfab and main fab. It was my job to delegate work efficiently and safely while communicating with Intel management personnel and also my company's management personnel. Under my leadership and with the help of my crew we were able to have had the highest turnover rate for completed tools within the company's specific scope of Wet-Etch tools.
The most up to date leadership experience I have is currently in Boise Idaho at Micron. I am in charge of running a PCW system that consist of heat exchangers, an air separator, multiple pumps and filters working with stainless steel pipe and tubing as our main piping material. With plenty of flanges and field welds to make I am responsible for keeping a weld log for every weld being made by a welder and a torque log with all the torqued flanges that have been completed. I stay in constant communication with my supervisors about material needed and any potential problems that may arise. With the majority of the main piping complete, punchlists items and trim out are the main focal point in this scope of work.
