I provide results driven facial treatments using multiple laser modalities, microneedling, Diamond Glow and chemical peels using SkinCeuticals, SkinMedica, PCA and Alastin products. I create customized treatment plans for my clients and educate them on skin care procedures and procedures. I also provide my body contouring clients with the best experience throughout their CoolSculpting journey. As the lead aesthetician I am also responsible for product ordering and tracking inventory of back bar and retail product. I am responsible for following up on any inquiries and leads we receive online.

As a front desk specialist my responsibilities included incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling and managing appointments at the spa, organizing new client information and charts, handling daily money transactions, nightly closing and balancing of daily finances, knowledge and sales of products and procedures. I provided excellent customer service while assisting in spa activities such as housekeeping duties, maintaining spa appearance and cleanliness.

As a team lead I managed a team of 8-15 associates, receiving new product while overseeing all signage and marketing in store and new product placement. I also worked on the sales floor managing a team of associates.
