  • I am a dedicated and reliable problem solver with a passion for childhood education. I enjoy supporting children as they learn and grow in their confidence and skill. As well as supporting them in learning the big skill problem-solving and emotional regulation. I understand every child and families is unique and work well at finding the best ways for them. I am well experienced in handling conflicts and often can find unique solutions that compromise where everyone's needs are spoken to.
  • Education: I just obtained my AA in ECE. While I've also completed many other classes from word certificated to AG and business classes. As that is my other passion.
  • Experience: My current experience has been in preschool, childcare setting and management. Previously I had been a nanny, family/household management for 12 years. Managing different households duties, daily routines and ages. I then joined a child care center opening on a school near me. I joined as a preschool teacher and quickly became their director as the center was just opening. Most recently I was a site director and ELOP lead managing a program providing safe, quality enriching environment for all students and staff. I truly enjoyed building a program and navigating the many new challenges as it grew and changed.
  • After our childcare program was established I navigated the transition to the school district model for our kinder and afterschool program. This new district funded model grew to managing a team of about 13 teachers and around 150 students daily. With preschool, TK and kindergarten during the day Afterschool all elementary ages TK-6th.
  • I was in charge of all center activities from keeping lists, inventory organized, purchasing. Staff from Hiring, training, coaching and classroom support. Staff and student files. Enrolling and keeping records up to date. Working with the district synergy programs for attendance and parent communication.
  • Additionally I was able to help my company in training and supporting other schools in my area. I prepared presentations and had monthly group meetings through zoom. I truly enjoyed seeing all the differences in schools, environments and supporting growth.

If you would like to know more information on inspirations and aspirations. I have always been fully employed while also completing college. I am an honor roll student. Through my education I have grown and become more confident in my knowledge. I was inspired to this career due to my experience as nanny. I had a nanny share where i had three toddlers and their older siblings. The toddlers I had daily from two year olds until five year old's and starting school. I created a preschool like daily schedule for them learning and growing so much together. I enjoyed helping them grow and they had such a wonderful start for school. I have also raised many infants and experienced with all ages. I have worked for many families in what supports they needed from familly assistant to transporting to activities. I also taught swimming lessons. I am very reliable, responsible as well as passionate about helping children and families. I also have a passion for animals I have a small hobby farm and grew up through 4-h. Since adulthood I have volunteered as a 4-H leader for over 10 years. Teaching kids how to respect, care for and raise animals. My ultimate goal would be a preschool or childcare setting involving farm elements. My early childhood studies have covered many classes from mentoring, administration to nutrition, development and teaching specific domains math, science.

  • I have certificates for CPR (all ages), first aid, AED and red cross for water safety for caregivers. I have also taken classes in many other areas such as business, word, and agriculture. I am interested in exploring Montessori as well. Learning through play is my preferred method to set up inspiring activities where children discover.
