Installed radiant heating and Icemelt systems, demonstrating physical endurance and capability to manage heavy materials and tools. I lifted heavy supplies, including boilers ,water heaters and black and copper piping, pumps, tubing rolls etc. as well as heavy tools such as hammer drills, pipe fusing equipment, soldering tanks, ladders etc. I have a vast knowledge of those tools,as well as all needed, for every level for complete system. I Collaborated with contractors, foremen, homeowners, and subcontractors throughout installation process, ensuring smooth communication and workflow over an average two-year project timeline for luxury homes. I oversaw entire installation process from initial bid to homeowner move-in, ensuring quality and timely completion of radiant heating systems.

I created a formal wear rental shop in the basement of my home. It started out of necessity and need. My husband and I were both in the construction field when the economy tanked in 2008. My husband owned his radiant heating company and I owned Designs by Camille, both hit hard by the economic downfall. At the same time, my daughter was looking for a prom dress and I was unhappy with what was out there. So I decided to open a shop, a place I would have liked to have gone to. I started with appx 300 dresses and ended with over 4,000. I purchased one at a time, and catered to all. I bought, fit, altered, repaired, and cleaned. I rented hoops and jewelry, shoes, bridal belts, hairpieces, handbags, boleros, and even had great selection of custom masks. I was the one stop for formal dresswear. Before Covid, I was renting 25 to 45 dresses average , for busy prom weekend. My highest week was approx 120. My advertising was word of mouth. I loved getting to know the girls as well as their mothers. I was a great fairy godmother. It brought much needed income while filling my social cup. I would still be operating today, however my husbands health drastically declined and we needed our basement to accommodate his disability. His heating company was more profitable, however, he was no longer able to go to jobsites or do installs. This is when I started. He was the architect and I became his hands. This filled the creative need for me because there was always something be learned, as no two jobs are alike. It also built confidence, as I was working in a man’s world ,Successfully I might add, mostly the only woman sub on the jobs out of hundreds of men.
