I remember it like yesterday, to sound cliche. But I truly do. As I type this, I can still feel the heat that radiated from those bright lights over my head. The feeling is unimaginable. I consider myself a decent writer, but in all these years fail to adequately describe what it feels like to be in that moment. Standing still, hearing everything, but nothing at the same time except murmurs of amazement, applause, cheering. It was magical, Devine but I didn't know what is was called.
