Design and develop infrastructure and facilities to help NASA and partners investigate cutting-edge technologies to advance aeronautical and space travel.

• Chaired NASA ARC Design Review Board in the review of four million square feet of future development that will facilitate research with industry partners in areas of nanotechnology, advanced supercomputing, and aerospace technology.
• Negotiated and managed design and implementation of ground lease between NASA ARC and large public academic institution that will lead to development of 1.4 million square feet of aerospace research, development, and academic facilities on 36 acres of land.
• Helped manage design and implementation of ground lease between NASA and Mountain View Housing Ventures. Agreement will lead to demolition of existing facilities on 46.5 acres of land, followed by development of 2.1 million square feet of housing and retail space.

Led a five-person team managing construction and environmental projects for the US Navy Base Relocation And Closure (BRAC) program in the San Francisco Bay area.

• Managed team of engineers working on 30 construction and environmental cleanup projects, valued at $90M, throughout Bay Area.
• Handpicked to lead technical and business acquisition teams on $30M airfield project. Managed both teams and implemented solutions from project planning to completion that led to execution of project in shorter construction time than planned and on budget.
• Managed $10M worth of construction projects at Naval Reserve Centers in Northern California. Implemented cost-effective measures due to budget decreases to keep projects under budget. Work ensured facilities adhered to military security and operational readiness standards.

Managed construction and environmental projects for the US Navy BRAC program throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

• Skillfully led $35M hangar project, aligning various public and private teams, ensuring removal and proper disposal of contaminated panels and coating of newly exposed steel structure, and brought hangar into environmental compliance.
• Managed highly visible and sensitive $17M construction project with zero safety incidents. Work was in close proximity to residential housing, and was crucial to the Navy's transfer of highly valued land to City of San Francisco.

Managed the construction, maintenance, and operation for a portfolio of over 160 assets that included university buildings, a meteorological data center, a steam plant, and general office and maintenance buildings on approximately 626 acres.

• Managed completion of 30 Emergency, 3,299 Service, and 2,361 Preventive Maintenance Work Orders totaling $3M and 65,000 labor hours. Increased the on-time completion rate from 51% to 85%, increasing facilities uptimes, facilities lifecycles, and Navy customer satisfaction.
• Led the team that planned, designed, and developed a $20M office building at the NPS. Completed the project on time and under budget, with no safety incidents.
